Due to the nature of service product files provided is considered as a digital product, so please be sure to purchase the correct product. As long as you purchase the title of the book that you have, it will give you the correct test bank, since a digital file can not be returned after you have fully downloaded the file a return can not be accepted because it is not a tangible product. We can issue a full return no questions asked as long as the product has not been downloaded. In that case, we can correct an error if you there are missing chapters within the files so you can have the test bank you want and you can start studying right away.

We recognize that the questions in the test bank may have errors. If you find errors, or would like to give constructive feedback, please notify us.


NOTE THAT: This is not a comprehensive list and unless otherwise stated in this policy, refunds will not be granted for any reason. We may, at our discretion, offer store credit for situations in which a refund is not an available remedy.

  • You are unable to open the compressed file(s) or individual chapter files contained within.

If we deem the issue is on our end, we will either replace the files or, at our discretion, refund the purchase.

You CAN NOT request a refund in the following cases;

  • You have previously requested a refund of order(s)
  • Request a refund for multiple items.
  • You purchased the wrong edition or thought you were purchasing the textbook.

In the event that a transaction error has occurred while making the payment, a refund in most cases will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. You may not be able to get a refund if you have already downloaded the file at least once.


To receive a purchased refund from our store, please send us an email or fill out the contact us page form with your order number, the title of your test bank purchased, and the reason for claiming a refund. A Support Specialist will review your entry and assist you with your returning request.

Accepted Refund’s Request

  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
  • Refunds may take up to 14 days to be returned back depending on your bank’s or your credit card issuer’s policy.

Abuse of Return Policy reserves the right to reject and refuse to provide refunds to any person for any reason not prohibited by law, including, but not limited to, abuse of its return policy.
