1. Terms & Policy Agreement

You agree to the terms of this Policy when you access or use any of the Products on our website, provide access to others (such as secondary students), or take other actions described below. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE PRODUCTS.

This Agreement expressly incorporates by reference and includes the Website’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any guidelines, rules or disclaimers that may be posted and updated on specific web pages of the Website or on notices that are sent to the Subscriber. The parties hereto agree as follows:


1.2 Authorized uses

The Subscriber may download, access and view the Subscribed Product by means of a format-compatible electronic reading device or another system. Subscriber is authorized to download additional copies of the Subscribed Product and to transfer them to other electronic reading devices of the Subscriber, solely for the Subscriber’s personal use.

Nursing Mastery permits that the Subscriber may print a maximum of 150 DPI of the Subscribed Product. Nursing Mastery retains the right to amend these capabilities at any time with written notice to the Subscriber. Nursing Mastery PDF downloads are security-enabled, lock PDF files (encrypt PDFs) password-protected from editing, copying text or fields, or modify other document properties to stop sharing & control use or reselling.

1.3 Restrictions on use of the subscribed product

Except as expressly permitted in writing by Nursing Mastery, the Subscriber may not:

– abridge, modify, translate or create any derivative work based on the Subscribed Product;
– remove, obscure or modify in any way any copyright notices, other notices or disclaimers as they appear in the Subscribed Product;
– reproduce, distribute, transfer, sell, rent, lease or lend the Subscribed Product; or
– bypass, modify, defeat or circumvent security measures that protect the Subscribed Product.
– post individual items from the subscribed product on social networking sites.

1.4 Intellectual Property Ownership

The Subscriber acknowledges that all right, title, and interest in and to the Subscribed Product remain with Nursing Mastery and its suppliers, except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, and that the redistribution of the Subscribed Product could materially harm Nursing Mastery and its suppliers.
