In order for you to access zip files you must first download or use a free online tool to extract files from a zipped folder, then a new folder with the same name is created which contains the files. Then after you have downloaded the file, that we have sent you, extract it using the program you used to any folder the you desire. If you are still having problems, then contact us.
Extract/Unzip Zipped Files
When you extract files from a zipped folder, a new folder with the same name is created which contains the files. The compressed (zipped) version also remains.
Right-click the zipped folder saved to your computer.
Choose “Extract All…” (an extraction wizard will begin).

Click [Browse…] and navigate to where you would like to save the files.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD A DIGITAL ITEM
First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.
The delivery window for made-to-order digital items will vary depending on the seller. Once the seller finishes your order, you will receive an email with a link to download your digital file.
There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time from the email you received with a download link to your digital file, provided the transaction hasn’t been canceled or removed.
If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you’ll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.
